Colorado Comps® information can be accessed for only $48 per month ($32 for DMCAR Members). Your credit card will be charged on the first day your subscription starts (after the trial period) and the beginning of every month for as long as you remain a member. There is no contract associated with this service so if you decide you no longer wish to use Colorado Comps®, you can cancel at any time. However, as billing is done at the beginning of each month, no refunds will be given for partial or unused days within the month you cancel per our Terms and Conditions of Use.
